Welcome to The Shubh Films. By booking our photography, cinematography services, or enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.

1. Booking and Payments

To secure our services for your event date, a strict payment schedule must be followed:

• Advance Payment: A non-refundable booking amount is required to block your dates. Without this, no dates are considered confirmed.
• Installments: A percentage of the total payment must be cleared on the day of the event or as mutually agreed upon in writing.
• Final Delivery: The final deliverables (Albums, Highlight videos, Final films) will only be handed over once 100% of the payment has been cleared.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, however, blocking dates prevents us from accepting other clients:

• Cancellations: If you cancel the booking, the initial advance payment is strictly non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: If the event is postponed, we will try our best to accommodate the new dates, subject to our team's availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the new dates and season.

3. Deliverables and Timelines

Creative work takes time and dedication to ensure the highest quality:

• Standard delivery time for initial raw dump/photos is generally within 7 to 14 working days after the event.
• Edited videos and designed albums typically take between 4 to 8 weeks depending on the season's workload and promptness of client selections.
• Raw Data: We provide raw data (if agreed upon in the package) only if a hard drive is provided by the client within 30 days of the event. We do not store raw data indefinitely.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

The Shubh Films retains the full copyright of all images and videos produced:

• Clients are granted personal use rights, meaning you can print, share, and post the content online for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• We reserve the right to use selected media for our portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and professional competitions unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to booking.

5. Client Responsibilities

For a smooth shoot, we rely on your cooperation:

• Ensuring necessary permissions and permits (e.g., drone flying, hotel photography charges) are cleared by the client in advance.
• Providing adequate time during the event for couple portraits and dedicated shots as discussed in the timeline.
• Safety of the crew and equipment at the venue is crucial. Any damage caused by guests will be the responsibility of the client.

6. Force Majeure

The Shubh Films shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government restrictions, or sudden equipment failure despite regular maintenance.
